The role
Join a dynamic customer-facing team in a vibrant creative community, surrounded by world-class faculty and professional services staff at RADA. 

The Senior Duty Manager works on a shift rota as part of the Duty Managers team and manages the ushering teams within RADA. Most mornings start at 8am and evening shifts end at 10.30pm, with extended hours during productions. The post-holder will work in a team responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the buildings, handling security alongside the health and safety of staff, students, members of the public and other building users. The Senior Duty Manager will also maintain high standards of customer service across our customer-facing teams. Other tasks will include opening and locking up each day with regular building checks, ensuring the smooth running of all events and assisting the Operations Manager in team administration.
