Salary: £10,803-£11,200 depending on experience.

Hours: Part-time (15 hours a week, on a rota basis - 8am-3.30pm/3pm-11pm 2 shifts per week)


The role

Our Duty Managers play a key role working on a rota basis. Most mornings start at 8am and evening shifts end at 10.30pm, with extended hours during productionsr. The Duty Managers work as a team responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the buildings, handling security alongside the health and safety of staff, students, members of the public and other building users. The post-holder will deliver the highest standards of customer service and ensure the smooth running of shows, events and courses at RADA.
