The nominations have been announced for this year's BAFTA TV Awards, and we are thrilled that three graduates have been shortlisted in the acting categories.

Following his win at the Golden Globes earlier this year, Ben Whishaw is nominated for Best Supporting Actor for playing Norman Scott in the BBC mini-series A Very English Scandal.

Fiona Shaw is also nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in hit series Killing Eve. The series, written by graduate Phoebe Waller-Bridge, is in the running for 14 awards in total including Best Drama Series and Must-See Moment.

Finally, Daisy May Cooper is nominated for Best Female Performance in a Comedy Programme for her role in This Country, which she co-writes with her brother Charlie. Daisy May won the award in 2018 for the same role and was previously a BAFTA Breakthrough Brit.

The winners of this year's BAFTA TV Awards will be announced in London on Sunday 12 May. Take a look at the full list of nominees.
